称谓怎么写?

这是最多人纠结的问题。

  • Dear Sir/Madam(太过正式且感觉群发)

  • 澳洲:偏轻松,Hi Dr. Smith, 很常见

场景 1:延期申请(Extension Request)

这是最常见也最让学生紧张的邮件类型。

  • 不要夸大原因——"I've been very busy" 不是好的延期理由
  • 提前申请,不要等截止日当天再发
  • 说明已有进展,证明你在认真完成

绝对不要写的句子

  • "I think my grade is wrong."(直接质疑,容易引起反感)
  • "Can you remarke my assignment?"(拼错且语气不好)
  • 解释你"花了多少时间"(教授不看时间投入,只看结果)

场景 4:请求论文/毕业论文指导

不要用Yours truly(过时)、Regards + 没有名字(不完整)


5 个最常见的错误

1. 主题行太模糊 "Question" 无法帮助教授排列优先级。永远包含课程代码和具体事项。

2. 邮件太长 教授一天收几十封邮件。3 段话以内,每段 3–4 句。超过这个长度会被跳读。

3. 没有自我介绍 教授可能教 200 人,不知道你是谁。第一行说明:I am [name], a student in your [course] class.

4. 要求太急或语气太强 Please reply ASAPI need this by tomorrow = 教授最不喜欢看到的句子。用 When you have a chanceAt your earliest convenience

5. 拼写/语法错误 在发送之前至少读一遍,特别注意教授的姓名拼写是否正确——拼错名字是最糟糕的第一印象。
